Clearly she has no moral compass or values as displayed by her behavior over the last 24 hours, You explicitly said you had the sellers consent to accept the seller's stated amount along with a home warranty. We the buyer agreed to that and you had a signed contract within the hour. You then basically went MIA. Sent a few cryptic texts about the sellers being young. Don't even blame the seller here.
