I wanted to start out by saying we were referred to Chris and Kelly from one of our family members who had used them in the past. There were some needed repairs to get ready for the sale and he was on top of it. I found Chris online from out of state when we were making plans to visit Tennessee to look for a home. He answered my call right away and spent a lot of time getting to know what our family's needs were and what was important to us. When my husband and I travelled to Tennessee, Chris spent the better part of 3 days taking us to look at houses. For me buying a home is a emotional purchase especially when it is your forever home. From the moment I called him he was right there explaining every detail necessary at what to look for in a home.
