During the sales phase, It did hit a couple of bumps but Brian was right on top of it at all times and found solutions to any issues that arise and follow issues until it was resolved. Although I did speak to several agents before I listed the house, he was the only one that was spot on as to the price of my property and was able to obtain exactly the price that he quoted.
