When we have done this in the past, we have had to jump through large hoops to get what we need. We've exhausted funds, we've run out of time, and we have ALWAYS ended up settling. This time we didn't have to. Robert did a lot of legwork on his end so that we were approved THE FIRST TIME and didn't waste a single penny! He was extremely responsive, easy to get a hold of, and made sure that I felt confident in the decisions we made. 10/10 we will definitely use for all of our future real estate needs!
