This time we have to deal with a first time buyer whose agent was literally of no help to the buyer that gave us a lot of back and forth. The buyer agent gave us a contract without buyer's signature. Tracy caught that and communicated with the buyer agent to request signature. Another example is a natural gas grill on the deck. Through all the process, the buyer's agent had never ever mentioned anything about removing the grill on the deck. On the day of walk through, the buyer wanted us to remove it. This was ridiculous. I communicated with Tracy and told her that grill is not a portable one. It uses natural gas therefore it is not that easy to remove. It is kind like something built with the house. Tracy is able to communicate with the buyer to make buyer understand it. This is a quality of an excellent agent who can solve up coming issues.
