My experience probably will seem odd, but Jennifer was a God send.
I signed Jennifer to be my realtor. In the time my home was up for sale and under contract I had to have emergency surgery...not just one surgery but 4. I was bed ridden and she literally took care of everything. She handled the inspections, hiring and coordinating workers to complete the buyers list of requests and having me sign papers without having to sit through the final closing. She became an amazing friend to me through all of that.
With Jenny you begin by hiring a realtor; but by the end you feel like family !
