As first-time homebuyers we were excited, yet anxious, to begin our home search. Julian was an incredible ally to have throughout this process. My husband and I went into this pretty open-minded, with few criteria to narrow down our home search. We worked a lot with Paige Somol, who is an associate of Zur's (and of course, Zur Attias as well, who is a treasure trove of knowledge; an amazing personality and a keen eye for design, detail, texture, architecture - you name it and Zur will either have the answer or get you one!).
Paige is a class-apart. First of all, she is a genuine person - you can expect transparency and honesty from her. As an agent, Paige is knowledgeable, hard working, action-oriented, prompt and someone who will go the extra mile to get the job done (regardless of time of day!).
Our search was specific. We wanted a Modern-Contemporary home and since the inventory is so limited and we are picky (!), we worried if Paige and Zur would lose their patience. We were wrong.
As weeks passed, Paige & Zur soldiered on with us keeping our hopes high & continuing to share a variety of different styles for us to "try on". This was a useful, insightful and informational exercise because in order to decide what we TRULY wanted, we had to be open to viewing a range of different styles and be doubly sure about our own filters and choices. They guided us throughout this journey. If you end up in the same boat, we highly recommend trust your agent and trust the process!
If Searching for a (specific style of) home can be an emotional process, Buying a home and Negotiating a deal can take it to yet another level. Once again, during this phase, Paige outdid herself. She was calm, unfazed and diligent. Zur is an ace negotiator, strategic and delivered on his word.
Finally, we had a unique experience where during a showing, a Seller's agent was rude with us - Paige was graceful about the incident yet tactful and wise. She and Zur had an open discussion with us and heard us out fully, and stayed open to the fact that some feedback must be delivered to that particular agent/firm. We felt Paige handled that sensitive situation well.

Absolutely horrible real estate agent group ....very aggressive, threatening with law suits if you don't respond to demands, forced me into signing lower P&S deal on real estate sale than willing to sell home for, told me contact with buyers was lowest price and I had to sign as otherwise buyers would walk (total lie) - found out the real-estate firm never contacted buyers, lowered price on house without signed paperwork, when I fired them they threatened me with law suits over commission yet I had never indicated I was not paying - basically not a nice real-estate firm to deal with and personally I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They look out for themselves and drop you like a lead balloon as soon as P&S signed 2017
Helped us sell our property in somewhat of a slow market. The team put together a great marketing package, which helped greatly. Gave professional advice with great analytics. Good grasp of market in setting the right price. Wished we had bought with Zur/team as well. n nThe team is responsive, honest with their assessment, but respectful of our objectives.
