I was the seller. Negotiated a 7 day remain in property after closing. The day before hard close Chance notifies me I have to be out 100% by the next day. Contract was 7 days after seller approved to close. Chance was unaware or ignorant of this. His neglect cost me to last minute scramble & $1000. No apology no offer to compensate.
