The plan to sell the house was devised when the Covid-19 problems were in their infancy. We had several stops and starts as the pandemic and its restrictions set in, and Jim kept me abreast of what was going on and how he was modifying what we had planned.

The contractors recommended by James and Michael Savas in order to update my house for sale were all...no exceptions .. excellent...they all did good work and all were reasonably affordable...I would not have been able to locate contractors that would work so quickly and so well on my own. So although a 5% commission seemed a bit high the extra services provided by Michael and Jim made the fee worthwhile.
