Stay away from this guy. We offered to pay all cash for a condo he was selling and were willing to close quickly. He insisted on using a non-standard non-CAR contract to paper the deal. When we had a lawyer review we discovered off market terms that we wanted to discuss on the phone. He then proceeded to tell us to f$*# off. He was rude, arrogant and abusive throughout the process.
