I was a first time home buyer looking for an investment property. I had fired two agents prior to this due to their slow response times (1 day or more), and general lack of communication. I recently sold my house and bought another. Miguel made a complex transaction involving 4 dependent sales go smoothly by communicating frequently with me, my load officer, and the other 2 realtors. Miguel was recommended to me by a friend and I, in turn, can unreservedly recommend him to others. Miguel was knowledgeable and pro-active. He started by sending me listings for the areas I was interested in, and we walked through a number of houses. He pointed out both potential issues and advantages. Then he jumped to action when we found one we wanted to make an offer on, finding out from the seller's realtor things they wanted to see in an offer so we could incorporate them and make our offer more attractive. It worked! They selected our offer out of multiple proposals. He guided me through the process, working with the lender and the escrow company to make sure all inspections and paperwork were handled expeditiously and that we stayed on track to meet the requirements of the tight time frame on the contract.
