Joy picked up the pieces whenever the other agent dropped the ball and followed through. When we had issues with a homeless person in the vacant home, she initiated the contact with the police, went over personally and since we were out of town she actually took care of the mess in the house that was left by the the homeless. When the other agent was slow to communjcate neccessary information to her client Joy persisted in getting the response working well into the night hours.
