My wife and I were in the market for our first investment property. We reside in Houston but originally from Bryan. Being out of town, we did not know much about the rental market. Priscilla was able to inform us about the rental market in the area and ran a market analysis to ensure we would not be paying to much.

Priscilla also was able to identify properties which met our criteria and spent an entire day looking at properties with us. She is always available via phone or text.

In addition, Priscilla was essentially the hub of communications between the us, the sellers, lenders, insurance, inspectors, etc. I travel frequently for work and finding time to get things scheduled can prove difficult sometimes.
