We were given Sheryl's name by our boss who had used her for his recent move. Due to a change in jobs, we moved from Tennessee to the Minneapolis area. I had been working on a townhouse for several months and didnt know whether I should continue to renovate it or put it on the market as is. I knew calling Sheryl would clarify for me what my options were and make the decision easier. (This would be the third time I had used Sheryl to sell a property. I already knew her process and had experienced twice how that process and knowledge of the market resulted in a quick and fair sale of the property.)
Sheryl came in and laid out what I absolutely needed to complete and where I should stop renovating further. She also gave me the estimated selling price and weeks on market for different windows of time based on market projections and history.

My boyfriend and I worked with Sheryl Petrashek to purchase our first home around February/March of 2018, which was a competitive and stressful market due to lack of inventory. We spoke with other realtors before choosing Sheryl. I was blown away by her knowledge of 20+ years of real estate. She will go over expectations depending on the year the house was built or style of home, condition of the house (windows, basement floors, roof, etc), potential future improvements, or any silly questions you may have. What I also like about her is her availability. In the competitive market combined with our busy lives, we wanted to make sure she is available anytime. I never felt Sheryl was too busy for us. She was quick to reply. Also an added bonus is that if she is not available for showings, her wonderful husband, Bo, will step in. His background is in construction, so he catches many things that would never come across my mind. Also, don't let "South of the River" steer you away, we only looked north of the river, and Sheryl was just as knowledgeable. Sheryl also does not require you to sign an exclusive contract (until you sign an offer). She is also helpful with coming up with a competitive offer and communicating with the seller. We lost one offer, but we are happier and in love with the house we ended up. The key is to be the first good offer, be patient, and work with a good realtor like Sheryl!
