As I Reflect on the recent sale of my home, I knew it was important for me to share my experience with anyone who might be looking for a Realestate firm to work with in Billings Montana.



First off....my experience was nothing short of AMAZING with "Freedom Realty - The Shonna Key Team!



Having made an attempt to sell my home on my own for a few months this past summer, I became discouraged at the lack of interest in any Realtor's willingness to show my home (in spite of offering a % of profit to them). I chose to meet with Shonna Ruble, owner of Freedom Realty after deciding I needed to list my home with an agent. Although I have worked in the Home Building Industry in Billings for over 21 years, and with many local Realtors (fine Realtors at that), I wanted a new approach with my choice.



Shonna was a "new name" to me, a fresh face and I quickly learned upon meeting with her that she was an "honest", realistic, and practical professional. She listened intently to my ideas and needs so that we could come to a workable and strategic agreement on selling my home. She is a "friendly as they come" kind of Southern gal. Shonna deserves recognition for her super professionalism and knowledge of the industry as well as her reliability to me for my home sale needs. I have never been as impressed as I was with her fantastic ideas and excellent marketing qualities.



Shonna has an amazing staff of individuals who make up her team as well. Each one of them offered me encouragement, and support with the greatest of enthusiasm and sincerity, every step of the way. Their patience and accomodation was evident in their gracious and timely responses to my every need. Their passion about my listing was evident, as though I was their ONLY client. They reduced my "stress" completely in every detail - start to finish. I will refer to them from here on out as family, with a "special shout out" to Lanae.
