Catherine Bellini, Elmhurst, Illinois, a seller from Winfield, IL We began the sale of our home with another broker after having many local brokers court us. Our disappointment in local brokers stimulated us to move on. We knew Chaz had a stellar history although not local to our suburb. Our local brokers discouraged us from using an "outside" broker. We did not listen to them knowing that a well educated broker in the Real Estate market could work well in any suburb.
Chaz was ambitious, pro-active, communicative, realistic, trustworthy, and ethical and hardworking.
