Katherine Donahue ( Katie ) is fantastic! I would work with her again in a second and recommend her to anyone. I have bought 5 houses in the course of my life and she is by far the best, most helpful realtor I have ever worked with. Martha's Vineyard is a difficult market to navigate and requires both an insider's knowledge and a clear eyed objective point of view. Katie is smart, thoughtful, careful -- never pushy, always conscious of and motivated by the client's needs. She took time to get to know me, my family, our lifestyle, and guide us toward the house (in this case a second home) that would be right for us. She has gone so above and beyond in so many areas that I'm afraid to list them here -- I can't help feeling we got some kind of special treatment but honestly I think that's just her style!

Katie was terrific. My wife and I looked for a home for over a year and a half. She was always prepared with a good selection of properties to consider. I never felt like our time was wasted on homes we would never consider. She was always on time and I was really impressed with the way she worked with other agents on the island to get us a complete understanding of the properties we were considering. She found us a beautiful home in Oak bluffs after a long, thorough search. I can't say enough good things about her. A real pro.
