I could not have chosen a better realtor than Hans. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and effective in helping me sell my recently deceased relative's condominium. I was impressed with his recommendation for targeted improvements. I lived out of state, so he managed the renovation project and staged the apartment with nice looking furniture both free of charge. The recommended improvements were completed within the quoted price range. He was spot on. After the first open day we had six offers, and within a week two more for a total of eight. He recommended buyers after careful analysis but left the final decision up to me. The apartment closed within 30 days, significantly above asking price! Hans was responsive, always on time and able to meet me on short notice. He is also knowledgeable on the legal aspect of the sales process and even helped me arrange for my relative's car to be placed on a truck for shipment in my absence. I can't even begin to say how great Hans was as our Realtor. Hans was not only exceptionally professional, but he exuded warmth. n nMy husband and I were particular about what we wanted.
