Just over 14 years ago I started looking for my first house and Peggy Cain was referred to me. After looking around and finally deciding on the house to purchase back then she offered a lot of insight and knowledge with what to do, buying ones first house can be an intimidating adventure. Since then she has also helped friends and family members with all aspects of real state form buying and selling.
Over the past few years we have been looking into up-sizing and there was no question on who to call to handle the transaction for us. This time we were being a little picky on what we were looking for and over the past two years we looked at a handful of houses where Peggy had no issue on getting something set up on a moments notice and taking us to see the houses that ended up not appealing to us then we would wait and a few months later another house would come up on the market and we would not be interested.
