I would definitely give Janice 5 stars, we bought our house, sight unseen, from California. She negotiated on our behalf and always looked out for us. I feel she got the best deal possible and there were no surprises at the end. I would recommend her and I know, I'd use her again. She is professional and yet, feels like a friend
