5 stars is not enough. I have so mush more respect for real-estate agents after seeing everything Richelle knew & did. She was available morning noon & night. She knows everything and everyone about buying & selling. She knows all the other agents in the area, contractors, insurance stuff, escrow, warrantees, how to fix a garage door opener to things to look for we didn't notice. She was professional. She was right on about the price to list the house at and what we would sell it for over that price. Our house sold in 3 days due to her hard work, presentation and marketing skills. She got us 2 weeks to move out after closing so we could paint & carpet the new home. Richelle is a awesome negotiator and tireless worker.
