Julie is experienced, and she brags about selling many houses compared to other realitors, but she is so busy that she is not really your realitor. What youre really getting is her assistant Nick, and he is extremely incompetent. He is so incompetent that he almost lost us the sale on our house! I would not recommend using her as an agent because not only is her assistant incompetent, but she is hard to reach, and her assistants communication is also extremely awful. You have been warned!
