Absolutely awful. She had no current knowledge of the industry and the current market and we felt like she was just constantly worried about just getting it closed so she could get paid. She was unprofessional, short, and rude to the lender to happened to be one of our friends. She needs to have some training classes to get her updated with the current times. Otherwise, she needs to GO! Also, a lesson in manners and professionalism wouldn't hurt
