Eric is absolutely fantastic! He was referred to us by a friend and assisted us in purchasing a lake home in Kandiyohi county. Eric was thorough, extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process, and always had our best interest at heart. The first home we were interested in fell through due to issues with the inspection, so Eric quickly found us another option. We were even able to close in the original timeline as Eric worked closely with the mortgage lender on our behalf. I cant say enough good things about Eric and his team. He has even continued to support us post move in with guidance on service contractors, things to do, places to check out, etc. since we are new to the area. We highly recommend him!
