We had listed our home initially with another realtor and after sitting on the market for 2 months with no offers, we realized that realtor was not a good fit for us. We decided to look for another realtor and Mark was recommended to us by some friends and family and he did not disappoint! We had met with Mark and even though told him we were interviewing with other realtors, he still put in an effort to go over our options and research what would be best for us. The next day we were going to tell him we wanted to sign a contract with him, he was already wanting to show our house the next day! We get a text from him he had shown the house and was writing up an offer! In a little over 2 weeks, we had closed on the house. He really enjoys and cares about what he does which shows.
