Michelle was absolutely phenomenal. I was referenced to her by a former realtor who was not extremely familiar with land purchases. Im extremely pleased I was referenced to her, as I have no doubt that shes one of the most well-versed realtors in the area when it comes to land transactions. It was a easy choice for me to work with her and Im so pleased I had the opportunity to do so.

Michelle was always available for property walkthroughs. Close ones, distant ones and in-between, she was always willing and available to go for a drive and a walk. I still feel bad about the amount of her time I consumed! Her responsiveness was (and still is) incredible. I work some odd hours and am often not available for long periods of time, but Michelle made things work almost effortlessly.

Michelle did an incredible amount of information gathering and provided multiple viewing mediums that I could look at properties via. This was my first time purchasing vacant land and I honestly cant imagine going through the process with anyone other than Michelleher knowledge of the process and the potential pitfalls was amazing. I truly believe she treated the purchase like it was her own and I know she absolutely had my best interests in mind.

I was impressed with Michelles ability to make things happen. There were a few things that occurred during the process that appeared were going to slow things downand Michelle was instrumental in getting in front of them and making the process go smoothly. I want to be clear herethese were items that were in no way part of Michelles job to dobut she went ahead took on the work as if it were her own. She was (and is) patient with me and worked through some tough situations effortlessly where I think other realtors may have struggled. Im happy to say that not only did I find a forever realtor in this adventure, I also got a friend out of the deal.
