Thanks to Steve Casalenda, the recently completed sale of my home was a smooth and easy experience completely free of any stress. As the selected offer progressed, it turned out the buyer's financing fell through and Steve had me take a small step back. Navigating todays housing market as first time home buyers is a daunting task. We had limited knowledge about the home buying process let alone what we wanted in our first home.
