I have worked with Tiffani as both a buyer and a seller in the market over the past 12 yrs and had great experiences both times. We most recently used her services to sell my condo, that I was using as a rental property for over 10 yrs. It was clean with no furniture to stage and she had this great tool to "virtually stage" the property for the listing pictures!!! The pictures looked great and gave potential buyers a perspective of what the rooms could look like. I had an offer made the day it listed!! Not only does Tiffani do great work up front, she stays with you through the whole process. During inspection it was noticed that the hot water heater was in a bad state and could go anytime. She reached out to her network of vendors to get this fixed for me right away. I did nothing except write the check! Stellar service...no question. Tiffani has an eye for helping you get your house ready for selling. She is accommodating with work hours and will block out times where it doesnt work with your schedule for showings (especially if you have young children). Showings are scheduled through an app and you are able to accept/decline/suggest a different time. Super convenient! We were trying to sell our house during the beginning of COVID-Tiffani provided us with hand sanitizer and gloves to set out for when people came through for showings. She also respected that we did not want to do open houses. When my husband and I were out of town for a month, Tiffani would stop by our house to make sure it was good to go if we had a showing scheduled. She is a thoughtful, kind, and trust worthy. My situation was different than your normal buyer. I was going through a broker for funding and Tiffani and Kevin both helped me figure things out when I had no clue what I was doing. Tiffani won me the house by knowing how to bid on it without over paying, I won't reveal her secrets but she really thinks outside the box! They worked so hard for me that at times I felt a little guilty. After I got my house I had major problems with the water that cost me thousands of dollars and they handled everything with the previous owners and got me a fair settlement. I couldn't believe the knowledge they had about my rights, etc... I was so thankful they were still there for me even after I closed on my house. They still check on me to see how things are going! Nobody does that anymore. I definitely recommend their services and you'll be lucky to have them in your corner. 2017
