Having someone knowledgeable and competent on your side when purchasing a home is extremely important. My wife and I were looking for someone that would have our backs and provide guidance that would allow us to make the smartest decisions for our family. Diane met that criteria and more. Without Diane and Steve's help, there is NO WAY that I would have felt comfortable buying a home without seeing it in person. But guess what? Diane did a home tour with my brother and connected via FACETIME. She did a complete walk-through, made several trips to explore other potential properties for me, and did the research for me so that I felt comfortable to buy an existing home rather than a new property. She helped me decide on renovations, helped me pick out new flooring, and has shown the property numerous times so that we could get comfortable with the layout and the purchase decision.
