I found Dan Sullivan to be trustwrothy, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and questions. It was easy to communicate with him by phone, txt and/or E-mail. I was disappointed that Dan did not get to show my property as other agents responded and had buyers lined up to conduct showings within one day after the property went up for sale. I would recommend Dan to any prospective seller or buyer, although since I will be moving to Florida in a couple of days it may not seem likely. My house, in which I lived for over 50 years, is the only one that I ever looked at prior to purchasing it and the only one that I ever sold. So selling was a completely new experience for me. I had a lot of questions during the entire time and at no time did Dan seem to get tired having to provide explanations.
