Started out good, communication was fine. She kept sending us stuff that did not fit our desires though. Outside price range, lots that we didnt want, quick closes when we cant close until after Dec, we were looking to build, etc. we discussed things over the phone and came up with a plan and the next day she sent an email saying she had to cancel our contract due to personal reason. The reason why the low review, she didnt offer a friend or co-worker to continue to help us, she gave us a website and told us to go to home builders ourselves. AND this all happened 2 days before flying down. Now we are scrambling. We understand things happen, but we were completely left on our own and are now jumping through hoops. Its all just frustrating. She said this is the first one in 20 years. Problem is she didnt offer to put us in contact with anyone else. It was just a kick out the door. She said she had made appointments for us to check stuff out but would not give them to us. Just frustrating.
