Ken is a high quality realtor, there's no doubt about that. His negotiation skills are impeccable, his market knowledge is fantastic (priced within $3,000 of appraised value), and he is professional. Pricing was on the higher end of normal, but you get what you pay for and that's definitely the case here. I would have preferred more responsiveness at times, and the ball was dropped once, but overall I am happy with the transaction. Most of all, Ken knows that his responsibility does not end with the sale, and he has continued to provide excellent service even after the close (unlike the other guy's realtor!).
