We purchased a house that she was selling. Shut didn't disclose broken appliances and told us that items like the cloud-based thermostat were no longer in her client's control. Unfortunately, now we have a thermostat that we can't control because she never confirmed with her clients. And we have to replace appliances she never disclosed. Personally, I would never work with her too buy or sell a house. Seems quite shady to me. 2024
