We have bought an investment house, sold two houses and bought a lot with Michael. First off, he is pleasant and genuine individual. Second, as our realtor, he is super knowledgeable, the hardest worker, and goes that extra mile for our interests. We have been through the ups and downs of the market over the last several years. He is innovative and always helpful. We came to him after an especially bad experience with another realtor - it has been such a relief to find him.
