One was lost due to a job change and the other because the potential buyers backed out (no fault of Marilyn). I would strongly recommend Marilyn to anyone in need of a great agent. She had exceptional advertisement and was within $100 of the actual appraised value of my property. Marilyn was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had and really exceeded my expectations.
On more than one occasion, Marilyn worked with the buyer agent to make the sell of my property happen. There were a couple of delays at closing and Marilyn helped to navigate these delays with the buyer agent. These delays were due entirely to the buyer not completing their obligations.
