Our goal was to downsize and relocate to a friendly community with walking access to restaurants, coffee shops and transportation to NYC. We identified a number small towns that met our criteria in central Hunterdon County such as Clinton, Annandale, Lebanon and High Bridge. n nWe contacted Eileen more than a year ago when we saw she had a number of listings in our target markets. We immediately recognized her a responsive, knowledgeable professional. n nWe were not in any rush and Eileen never tried to pressure us in any particular direction. She patiently showed us house after house, some that we found on the internet and some that she identified as meeting our goals. I was always impressed when she would point out different aspects of a property that would have been unnoticed by my untrained eyed. n nWe finally found a bank-owned property in a location we loved. I have to think a bank-owned property is the least desirable from a realtors perspective inexpensive and the most difficult to close. Where's the incentive? Eileen was never deterred. We eventually closed on the property, but only because Eileen helped us navigate the many obstacles thrown our way and provided more valuable guidance and assistance than even our attorney! n nWe are grateful for Eileen's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism throughout a long process. I would highly recommend her as someone that always keeps the customer's best interests in mind.
