We currently live in Virginia and rented out our home in Cibolo for the past four years. I contacted Joel and discussed selling our home, he stated now was the time to sell. At that point Joel turned into our project manager, overseeing all the work that needed to be done to put the house on the market including mowing the yard. Within a week of the house going on the market we had 4 solid offers and accepted an offer.

My Wife and I worked with Joel in the process buying our new home. From the beginning he has been friendly, open, and honest about the houses we saw. He got to know who we were, what we were looking for, and it showed by the houses he found for us. His experience in the industry stood out when during one bid that seemed shady, Joel suggested we put our foot down and if they couldn't meet our terms for us to leave. And I am very, happy we followed his advice. There turned out to be some issues that were unseen and not disclosed by the seller that could have cost use a lot of money.
His attention to what we had to say during walkthroughs is valuable. We had found a few houses ourselves outside our intended area and went with him to see them. Joel brought to our attention the current safety of the area at one of them. We had mentioned that we want children in the future and it would not be an ideal place to live for kids. This solidified our trust in his judgement.
Once we found the house he worked hard to make sure everything was going smoothly. He kept in constant contact with my wife and I on the status of the process, things needed from us, and kept in touch with the sellers and their representatives to make sure nothing was missed! Not only did we close on the house with a great deal but we were able to close earlier than intended!
