I started working with Cheryl during 2020. I was moving back from Arizona and I asked a realtor friend whom to seek out in the Memphis area. She didn't have to think on it. We were relocating from out of state. Cheryl was willing to spend as much time as it took to show us the area. She listened to what we were looking for and had several houses that were right on target. We found the right one on the first day. Once we closed she helped bring contractors through to get quotes for some work that we wanted to have done prior to moving in to the new house. Overall my husband and I were pleased with the selling experience. There was some feeling of conflict of interest when the agent also became the representative for the buyer. Was not pleased with her allowing the buyer to present an extremely low first offer. But we were able to counter offer a few times and get closer to our asking price. Also a little disappointed that contractors were allowed into the house without our knowledge before the closing took place. Other than that, we had a good experience and are glad the house is sold. We have had many negative selling experiences in our past and this was by far the BEST and shortest sale we have had yet. 2019
