Eric was great to work with through the entire home buying process. He was knowledgeable when looking through potential properties when it came down to issues that are known with certain styles of homes according to age, etc. He also made it a point in each property to do in depth research while in the home to try and find any hidden issues that may arise, that was big to me. You knew he wasn't just focused on finding you a home, but a home that you would be happy and secure in for many years. Eric is super easy to communicate with through the entire process and easy to work around your schedule. I definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking for a realtor in the buying or selling process.
