I used the FSBO/Savvy Avenue product. I was super skeptical given how inexpensive it was, I thought there would be some hidden fees, poor service, would this include a real MLS listing, etc. or was there some trick? Moe was awesome. He had to change our listing so many times (changed some pictures for us, added contingent offers, they fell through, put back as available, then pending, etc.). Honesty, I felt like I should tip him or something as he didnt make but $150 for all that trouble. Nice guy. Great service. Loved the showings app that also came free with the listing. 2019
