Nathan rented out a house to be in August with NO AC UNIT! WINDOWS WERE PAINTED SHUT and it was covered in mold, mice, leaky pipes that were never fixed for my entire lease, animal droppings and the vents opened up to the outside. You could pick up a vent and see the dirt and sunshine under the house. He refused to fix anything and gaslit bc he didn't want to spend the money to fix it. Multiple photos of the mold, dead mice, mice droppings, and water damage. He is unprofessional and will just take your money. Do not rent or buy from him. Do your research on this "man". He is dishonest and money hungry doesn't know what he's doing.
