This was an excellent experience. Will and Denise did a phenomenal job and went way above and beyond in every aspect. The house sold for over $25,000 over asking, and had special provisions that were important to us as sellers worked into the contract. They took every precaution (even during difficult COVID times), their communication was impeccable, and they were here for us throughout the entire process. Will said he'd take care of the "marketing" of our home. That was an understatement. He scheduled a photographer and videographer for us and the video was absolutely AMAZING. It's evident Will and team are 1000% committed to their clients. Our house was listed on Thursday morning and we had our open house that weekend. By Monday we already had 3 offers and Will met with us immediately to go over our options and guide us through the various options.

The Olivares and Molina realty team is great! First of all they go out of their ways to help you buy and/or sell your house. I had the opportunity to have them as my realtors both when we bought (2009) and when we sold (2016) our house. They are honest and reliable and you feel like they are part of your family. If Denise is not available for whatever reason, Will will be there to help you and viceversa. This past month we sold our house and we had to move out of state before the closing. Will and Denise managed to help from day 1. When our first floor rental unit was empty they helped us find good tenants (credit checks, criminal records, etc). We needed to have all our smoke detectors replaced (new house code for the fire inspection) and instead of Denise and Will asking me for a check, they payed for all the detectors (over ten of them) and also payed for the inspection. Little things like showing you enough houses and making you feel comfortable and sure before you buy; also discussing/negotiating prices with the appraiser to make sure you get every dime you've invested in your property when you sell.
