We had a list of properties we wanted to see and Zach was listed on only one of the places. I called him and left a voicemail, he returned the call soon after. He made himself available to us on that same day and was able to show us the properties we were interested in and others that had features we were looking for. I never felt neglected because of moving away from the area, the opposite would be true. He made sure everything that needed repair was done, and he was in constant communication.
