Mind you, Kay sold my house within a month after list in October of 2023 during the highest interest rates and the market was in a stand still, nobody was buying! She found the perfect buyer anyway!

I decided to sell my house and first went to Opendoor got a price offer, I then searched Yelp who the best realtor in OC, after a thorough research of all realtors, Kay was #1 on the list. Upon the meeting, she was just so knowledgeable and honest by NOT upselling her services and hesitant in giving me a price right away how much we can sell for, but rather she will run comps first and will make sure to give you a fair market value price but yet still top dollar. I knew right there that she's the one. I went with her Stager and she was very darn good that I almost did not want to sell the house anymore and just use her furniture because after she staged, it looked like a totally different house, like a dream home LOL Along with her Professional Photographer and her description, the online listing was amazing!!!

Kay and her team guided me through the entire process and was responsive to my emails and texts. They were on top of everything, even with keeping in touch the whole time with the buyers agent. I felt pampered

They are professional and you can tell its not a just a job to them but rather a passion to help you throughout the process with an ease and peace of mind. I am so glad I did not go with Opendoor. Kay and her team exceeded my expectations through the roof! I wish she can still be my realtor here in Nevada as I know she has my best interest at heart!
