My family and I left to get some food. During that time Abbey and Stacey couldn't have taken more than a 5 minute break! By the time we were done with lunch and returned to the office they had a bunch of paperwork ready to go and a nice packet of comparable homes to help make the offer. While making the offer Abbey was able to put in some important stipulations that I would have never thought of that alleviated the only concerns I had about the house.
