Kerry helped us through an emotional sale of our long time family home. She was sensitive to our needs and made the process 'easy.' We contacted a few realtors in the area before listing our home and chose Kerry as she was the most knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and gave us the confidence that she would find the right buyers for our home. A potential major problem arose while I was out of the country. Kerry contacted me to let me know there was an oil tank on the property that needed to be removed. While I was certain that the tank had been properly drained 30+ years ago, I knew what the issues would be if any oil was in the ground. When she called to tell me of the tank, she already had a company lined up to do the removal and had paper work ready for permits. She came with a solution!!!!
