Tanya was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This was our first time selling a house and I was nervous about the whole process but she made it simple and stress free. She worked around all of our schedules and worked through email as much as possible which was much more convenient for us. She gave helpful advice as to what our house needed and did not need in order to sell. She knew well the market value and her predictions on estimates were spot on. Our buyers were wonderful, which helped too, but Tanya definitely made the entire process a smooth, well orchestrated event. She answered my many questions promptly and thoroughly in a way that I could easily understand.
