Susan is a truly caring person, let alone a real estate agent. She's honest, knowledgeable, and actually pretty hilarious. I wouldn't recommend any agent over Susan Krus in the state of Texas. She's a queen.
The sale was of my father's house and I was 2000 miles away from the activity that was needed to conclude the sale. Susan had an intelligent response to every item that needed to be accomplished and made it happen, including overseeing damage and repairs that occurred due to a hail storm in the middle of listing the house for sale. She was inciteful on marketing and patient on the sale always keeping me well advised on every step. I have used real estate brokers in the past in New York who I thought were pretty good. Susan Krus is clearly a cut above of what I though was pretty good.
