Because this was a rural property we had additional inspections that we were unfamiliar with, particularly with the septic system and well. She was able to offer affordable suggestions from reliable companies who were able to complete these inspections timely. She took care of forwarding all of this information to our lender. She worked with the Health Department and the State lab on the well tests, making several trips to the property to ensure that we had no delays. She did a great job keeping the process moving forward and we were constantly updated and informed.
