Erika was responsive, and informative throughout the whole process of selling out house. She was courteous, easy going, and easy to work with. She was available when ever we had questions about anything. She also did her best to provide continuous updates as the situation changed. She made the process easy, especially since we were more than 3+ hours away. We were able to digitally sign all the needed docs, and Erika is really good with text and email communications. We had a good stress-free relationship with Erika and would recommend Erika to friends and family alike, and to anyone else looking to sell their house.
